Strategic Land Manager

This is your opportunity to join a busy land team within one of a leading UK house builder's most profitable regions. The company have put aside £1billion for land purchases in the coming years and this region need a Land Manager they can trust to focus on acquiring profitable developments, particularly with a knack for good strategic acquisitions.

The Job

You will be very much acquisitions focused, dealing with both immediate and strategic land. The department have a strong resource of planners, allowing you to focus on operating as the 'sharp end' of the business, setting up pipeline for what looks to be several years of big growth going forwards.

Thanks to a very flat decsision making process, deals can be finalised & closed quickly, meaning this role will suit a proactive land acquisition expert with good knowledge of strategic land and good ties to the North Home Counties.

Things we are looking for in applications:

* Experience working for higher-volume housing developers

* Track record acquiring land for residential development

* Pro-active attitude, someone who isn't satisfied waiting for deals to fall in their lap
