My client based in Worminghall is looking for an Invoicing and Administration Assistant.
Your main duties will be:
* Checking and approving project set ups for the business.
* Preparing and issuing monthly invoices.
* Assisting Project Managers on any queries relating to their projects.
* Any other adhoc accounting duties as required.
The ideal Invoicing and Finance Assistant candidate will have:
* Experience of working in a finance team.
* Be extremely organised.
* Have good excel and finance system skills.
* Be self- motivated and able to organise their time effectively with a flexible attitude.
* Have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be able to work well with Operations staff.
The hours are 9am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday but could possibly be flexible.
Salary for this role is 25-28K depending on experience.
Own transport required due to location
