Your Profile
This will suit someone who wants a part-time job. The hours will be 10am to 2pm, 4 days a week, with a potential for flexitime or working from home.
As Office Administrator you will need to have excellent organisational skills and the ability to work on your own initiative. You must be computer literate and have a proven track record within an administrative role. You will have excellent communication skills and be comfortable to adhere to shifting needs to support the Manager. Due to the content of work it is essential you are comfortable with multi-tasking
The Role
Your responsibilities as Office Administrator will be to ensure the smooth running of the office by maintaining office procedures and systems. You will be required to facilitate and assist the recruitment staff in a methodical and organised fashion to achieve the highest possible standard in serving our Clients and Candidates. Your duties will include a weekly payroll for our contractors, sending out information to our clients, general filing, answering calls and inputting information onto our database.
