Fraser Edwards are currently recruiting a Window Fitter/ Glazier for a permanent role.

Our client is a well-established, leading Social Housing Contractor and due to continued growth, is expanding its Repairs and Maintenance team. The business has continued to flourish over recent years and this new role is a great chance to be part of its exciting future.

The Role:

To provide reactive maintenance of domestic properties and communal areas.

To fault find and ensure satisfactory fault rectification.

Measuring and fitting new windows.

UPVC repairs and maintenance.

Double glazed unit replacement.

Lock change and forced entries.

Garage door repairs.

To use a PDA to manage and record daily work.

Essential:

Full UK driving (Company van is provided for this role)

NVQ Level 2

Desirable:

Previous Social Housing experience
