Our client one of the world’s leading manufactures is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator.
Reporting to the Build Manager you will maintain good working relationships and regular communication with stakeholders through contract/order management. Order/contract processing and execution through to order completion.
Responsibilities include, but are not restricted to, the following:
* Liaison with customers throughout the contract / order process
* Liaison with Operations, Sales, Technical and Procurement regarding the scheduling of installation orders
* Populating of production planning system in line with availability
* Population of customer reports through build management system
* Management of production meetings
* Management of all operational planning, factory installations, pre-assembly & on-site installations
* Updating of product ‘required date’ on business system
* Presentation of weekly KPI relating production performance
* Schedule 3rd party contractors in line with production requirements
* Compliance with company health and safety procedures
* Presentation of weekly KPI relating to no of sub-contractors on site
* Management of inbound and outbound deliveries
* Liaison with manufacturers, dealers and other 3rd party providers
* Management of damage reporting system
* Presentation of weekly KPI relating to logistics position
* Maintenance of full accurate customer records in accordance with company procedures
* Compliance with company health and safety procedures
* Compliance with company security procedures
* Compliance with company Quality and Environmental Management system
Experience Required:
* Proven experience in a similar role
* Excellent communication skills
* High level of numeracy
* Full driving licence
