Key Account Manager – Pricing

Our client one of the world’s leading manufactures is seeking an experienced Key Account Manager with Pricing experience ideally within mechanical/engineering.

Reporting into the Sales & Marketing Director. You will be managing existing accounts and pricing and building quotes.

Duties:

* Overall project management responsibility for allocated clients

* Overall responsibility for specification and pricing for allocated customers

* Efficient planning, research, and maximisation of business potential through the customer base

* Ensure that all stake holders are updated of the overall project plan for builds

* Attendance at sales meetings

* Attendance at exhibitions and promotional events as required for the promotion of current and new products

* Submission of rolling forecast of potential orders on a monthly basis

* Compliance with Company Health and Safety procedures

* Compliance with Company Security procedures

* Ensure all safety and environmental procedures and standards are maintained and adhered to at all times, that any accident or near miss is dealt with and reported appropriately, and that you and you colleagues act in a safety manner at all times

Skills and Experience required:

* Proven estimating experience

* Previous mechanical/engineering experience

* High standard of literacy and numeracy

* A self-motivated person with a professional manner and methodical work ethic

* Good communication skills

* Knowledge of CAD an advantage

* Current driving licence
