An exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrator to support our client's busy team.
Supporting the PA and Office Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all internal and external customers.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Welcoming visitors to the office
Maintaining a tidy reception area
Answering calls
Management of incoming and outgoing mail
Ordering office supplies, stationary etc.
Ensuring meeting rooms are set up for meetings
Providing additional administration support for the office
Filing, photocopying, laminating, and binding
Provide administrative support to the teams withing the office including day to day diary management, general admin support etc.
Organising couriers and taxisWhat we are looking for:
Previous experience or understanding of an administrative role is essential
Knowledge of Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
Ability to work unsupervised and using own initiative
Attention to detail, organised and capable of meeting deadlines under time pressures
Develop and maintain good working relationships with clients and colleagues
