Job Title: Project Manager/Analyst
Location: Wolverton, Milton Keynes
Salary: £32 – 40k
Reports To: Lead Project Manager
Expocast's cient, Spinbox is seeking a dynamic Project Manager/Analyst.

You’ll work with some of the most talented people in the industry and gain a wealth of knowledge as well as working on some very interesting and rewarding projects. The perfect match for the role is someone with a strong technical background and understanding, logical mindset, efficiency at their core, have a creative spark and be meticulous at planning and organisation.
You will need:
* At least 4 years experience working in web/digital/ or most likely for a web agency
* Leadership skills, with Jedi mind control powers to get your development team to produce the highest quality work possible
* Awesome analyst skills to gather and understand requirements from BA to PM skills
* SCRUM Master & solid understanding of Agile project management (even if not certified)
* Experience with the web development life-cycle
* Understand system restraints and can translate business processes to technical processes
* Experience with writing functional specifications and technical specifications
* Charming client management & presentation skills
* Superhero planning & organisational skills
* Humour and team mentality
Solid knowledge base on what the following are:
-Visual Studio & SQL Server
-ASP .NET, C#, Ajax, Javascript, MVC
-GIT/ DevOps
-HTML
-Systems integrations & solutions
-CMS & CRM’s
The position involves:
* Systems analysis of converting business requirements to technical and logical solutions.
* Defining projects & managing the development team
* Managing clients and accounts and project requirements
* Using Agile methodology to work as efficiently as possible
* Juggling knives, chainsaws, clients, developers and resources on a daily basis
* Getting out of the office, meeting clients and potential clients (whenever covid is over!).
* Gaining technical knowledge to provide the best possible solutions to clients
You will manage client communications on a day-to-day basis to identify and accomplish goals, lead and initiate discovery and planning of client engagements including requirements gathering, scoping, budgeting and scheduling, develop key scope documents, lead and identify synergies between creative design and technical implementation and control project budgets, timelines and resource allocations.
