About the role:

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a fantastic residential developer. With a healthy pipeline and a brilliant working culture this is a brilliant time to join the company. Predominantly you will be working on traditional build housing developments although may have the chance to work on traditional build and potentially RC frame apartment developments depending on your experience. You will be reporting to the Contracts Manager.

About the benefits and rewards:

The salary offered always depends on the level of experience of the candidate and their exposure to the relevant industry sector. In this instance they are ideally looking to pay up to £65,000 basic salary plus a benefits package.

About the requirements:

For this opportunity you will need to have been running your own new build residential sites and have had several years’ experience working on residential developments. You will be enthusiastic, dedicated and be able to manage a wide variety of people and teams. In addition you will need to have shown loyalty/longevity in your career as this is a permanent position
