REF 21824 – CARE HOME MANAGER – WINSLOW AREA – NATIONAL CHARTIABLE PROVIDER – PURPOSE BUILT HOME AND EXTRA CARE SETTING – £35K + BENEFITS – 6 MONTH CONTRACT

Forest Care Selection are currently supporting an innovative charitable provider of a range of care and support services to individuals with a Learning Disability and a Mental Health diagnosis, Older Persons, and those with Dementia.

This provider has an exciting opportunity for a Registered Manager to oversee their purpose-built residential care home for the Elderly in the Winslow area.

The Registered Manager in Winslow will:

* Oversee the running of the home and ensure its continued compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements

* Lead an established staff team and ensure they are effectively trained, motivated, and resourced to deliver the very highest standard of person-centred care

* Work with the Operations Manager to ensure the home is inline with budget and occupancy levels are maintained.

The Registered Manager in Winslow will need to have:

* Experience of overseeing a residential care home for the Elderly

* Experience of developing homes to Good outcomes with CQC

* Level 5 Health and Social Care
