Learning Support Assistant – Winslow, Buckinghamshire
Salary: Bucks County Council Pay Range 1-2 (Dependent on Experience)
Hours: 37hours (39 weeks per year)
My client is a centre of excellence for special educational needs. They support students aged 4-19years olds, they provide a supportive and aspirational environment for children with complex Special Educational Needs. This has been recognised by Ofsted in many recent years.
They are looking to appoint outstanding individuals to work as Learning Support Assistants. My client offers a 3 tier provision, within an inclusive and integrated approach. Supporting students with a wide range of special educational and clinical needs, including ASD, DLD, CAS and Dysphagia.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to work under instruction and guidance of teaching and senior staff to undertake work, care and support programmes. To enable access to learning for students and to assist the teacher by providing support.
The successful candidate will demonstrate a commitment to the following:

Essential Requirements:
Hold Level 2 qualifications in English and Maths as a minimum (GCSE C or above)
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
