HR Administrator – 9 months Fixed Term Contract – retention bonus offered!

Assisting with the efficient and effective running of the HR Administration function within the HR department.

Payroll

• Preparing the payroll information ready for the monthly cut off period.

• Accurately administer two separate payrolls each month via on-line payroll services.

• Accurately checking the payrolls each month.

• Monthly payroll reporting to the relevant business’ Accountant’s

• Annually administer relevant P11D information via on-line payroll services.

• Assist colleagues with payroll related matters in addition to tax code notice queries

HR Advice & Support & Administration

• Respond to HR related queries from employees

• Provide advice to managers on HR related areas, escalating issues where required (including grievance and disciplinaires)

• Administer offer paperwork for new joiners to the company and carry out all relevant checks in addition to setting up and preparing all new joiner accesses and equipment requests.

• Ensure that all administration is administered accurately on the relevant HR systems, databases

To be considered:

• CIPD part qualified or relevant experience

• Experience of advising and assisting mangaers on a variety of HR related matters

• Basic knowledge of employment legislation and "Best Practice" HR

• An understanding of the importance of confidentiality and integrity in the role • Excellent organisational skills

• Able to prioritise and plan time effectively

• Ability to communicate with colleagues at all levels of the organisation

• Ability to remain calm under pressure
