Are you an experienced Architectural Technician looking for a new challenge?

Due to an increasing workload my client is looking to recruit a motivated, career minded and enthusiastic Architectural Technician to join a highly motivated, friendly team

They are looking to appoint someone with a minimum of 5 years post qualification experience, who are fully conversant with UK Building Regulations, BREEAM and British Standards with experience ideally in the industrial and commercial sectors. You will be confident using AutoCAD and in preparing NBS Specifications and detailed drawing packages for tender and construction to a high standard.

* Minimum 5 years’ experience

* Excellent communication skills with experience liaising with clients and contractors

* Comprehensive knowledge of current planning legislation and building regulations essential.

* Experience of using computer aided design (Revit and BIM an advantage).

Salary £25,000 – £35,000 + bonus and benefits
