Perfect role for an experienced electronics engineer who wants to stay hands on but also manage projects and people.  You will take on hardware design responsibility for a constantly evolving range of handheld, battery powered devices sold in high volume worldwide.  Approximately 40% of your time will be spent on Project Management & technical leadership of 2 senior hardware engineers and a technician.  The other 60% of your time will be spent on hands on hardware design and development.

Sales are increasing, the company is in a very positive place and they have many interesting products lined up that need to be developed from scratch.

Lead Electronics Engineer essential requirements

Digital & Analogue circuit design experience
Leadership of design projects.
Design for manufacture
Lead Electronics Engineer desirable skills

Agile
Man management
EMC, Safety, Environmental testing
Handheld or battery-operated devices
Managing external resource
Power Supply, PSU design (highly advantageous)
Business acumen
