Our client based in Warrington is looking to recruit a Warranty Claims Coordinator to join their small but busy team.
The main aspects of the role are –
To respond professionally, within a targeted time frame to all inbound email enquiries.
Answering all inbound calls, identifying the need of the caller and giving the relevant information in response
Give clear and understandable explanations to the Claims handlers for claim validations
Transfer calls appropriately to the correct departments
Ensure all payment requests are followed to conclusion
Provide duplicate invoice and remittance advice
Attempt to resolve any complaint
Log all types of dissatisfaction
Raise complaints to the compliancy department
The ideal person MUST have good admin and Customer Service skills. Computer Literate and have good written and spoken skills. It would be an advantage if you have worked in a claims or technical role before
