Salary: Up to £32,000 pro rata (depending on experience)

The Company:
Our client is a well established international company

Main duties:
Providing financial and administrative assistance of the accounts receivable and account payable ledgers.
The Role:
– Processing of all purchase invoices and expenses
– Dealing with all payment runs / payments and requests
– Record data / customer receipts accordingly and ensure all is up to date
– Invoice and journal entry
– ensure financial deadlines are kept
– checking supplier payments
– Various other administrative tasks including support shared services

The Candidate:
– Fluent in Italian and English (Written & spoken)
– Previous experience in Accounts receivable / payable a necessity
– Knowledge of Oracle essential
– Basic finance skills an advantage
– Excellent communication skills with focus on customer relations
– Well organised with attention to detail
– ability to maintain confidentiality

The Salary: Up to £32,000 pro rata(depending on experience)
