Part Time

One term of 3 years plus 3 terms of 1 year up to a maximum of 6 years

£6000 per annum, payable monthly

Our client is an established provider of social housing in the counties that span the Oxford to Cambridge arc. Since 1994 we’ve been driven to provide affordable and safe homes for people across our region. Today we have 12,000 properties for more than 27,000 people.

They’re an innovative not-for-profit organisation that believes in partnership and

collaboration and work with a number of other organisations to deliver both homes

and services which benefit the community as a whole.

They’re looking to recruit a Board member with expertise in housing development,

investment in new homes, procurement, marketing and asset management to join their Board.

The ideal candidate will:

share our client’s values and be committed and passionate about their purpose

*

have experience of creating and implementing successful strategies for the delivery of corporate objectives

*

demonstrate experience of all aspects of housing development at a senior level

The successful candidate will contribute to investment decisions, managing risk and

maximising the impact they can have on the sector by delivering more homes, and

working with their customers to improve their homes and the areas in which they live.
