About the role:
Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Relocations Assistant to join their team to provide organised, flexible and effective support to the customer relocations team. This role will be responsible for taking ownership of enquiries, including succession claims, mutual exchange and joint to sole, signposting to colleagues in the relocations team, other teams or organisations where appropriate.
What they’re looking for:
● Experience in a customer service environment
● Numerate and literate to a minimum GCSE standard (A-C or 1-4)
● Proven success working within a team
● Excellent IT skills
● Clear and effective communicator, able to convey complex information to customers
