An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Part-time Telesales Consultant based in Waddesdon, Buckinghamshire to join their expanding team. The company has developed a revolutionary workforce management solution applicable to all sectors of the service industry. It includes functions to communicate remotely with a field-based workforce using handheld devices, speeding up paperwork and reducing time delays and costs.

Working in an exciting environment within a small but growing company, in which everyone makes a difference. The hours can be flexible within normal office hours and potentially term time only.

As a Telesales Consultant your duties will include: 

Following up on new and ongoing sales enquiries.
Generating sales leads from existing contacts.
Developing sales opportunities.
Maximising business relationships and building current and future customer business.
To be a successful Telesales Consultant you will have the following skills and experience: 

Possess an excellent telephone and email manner.
Be confident and self-motivated.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships over the phone.
Previous Telesales experience ideally within a business-to-business environment but retail sales or business to consumer experience.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, LinkedIn, and general web research.
