Gortmore are working with a Leading contractor on a Section of HS2 who are seeking a Document Controller/Office Manager for an immediate start.
The candidate Responsibilities and Requirements are:
* To have previous experience working within the Construction industry.
* Must have experience with Microsoft Office, word, Power Point, Excel, etc.
* Submit documents on shared site/server.
* Order PPE, site materials, stationary, etc.
* Book deliveries onto site on online booking system.
* Organise site server ensuring files are saved accordingly.
* Monitor incoming and outgoing comments on documents.
* Monitor up to date Drawing registers.
* Acting as the main point of contact for new IT equipment and IT issues
