The Company:

We are working with a luxury brand that has celebrity backing. They are number 1 at what they do and need someone to come in and make sure the team is paid on time.

About You:

You would need to have a firm grip on the payrole process. Understanding the process from submitting timesheets all the way to telling the government what you have paid people.

You would need a keen eye for detail and be able to work to tight deadlines.

Lastly, you would need to appreciate the responsibility being entrusted with.

About the Role:

You will have full responsibility for one of the sister companies. It comprises 15-20 full-time, part-time and seasonal employees.

You will be in charge of checking their timesheet submission, uploading it to Sage, and putting the payments on to the payment cycle. Having a good understanding of using spreadsheets is handy.

The role will see you manage the process from start to finish. Dealing with new starters, tax code, Levers, PAYE submissions, and P45/60s.

You will also be called upon to by the payroll manager to assist with the main company. This comprised of 250+ staff.

It would be an advantage if you have had previous experience working with CIS but this is not essential.
