Madisons Recruitment are actively recruiting for a landscape supervisor to work across Middlesex, London.

The main requirement for this role is Installation of soft and hard landscaping projects both commercial and domestic projects.

Flexible salary dependent upon experience and skills.

Main tasks:

Ensuring that all landscaping work undertaken is correctly and efficiently carried out
Assessing the works on site and carrying out a risk assessment prior to commencing on site where this has not been done by others.
Installing landscape projects referring to relevant paperwork, budgets (time and materials) .
Managing the safe handling of stock at all times.
Supervise the appearance, behaviour, motivation, and work ethic of any landscaping staff under your control.
Key Skills and Competencies

Thorough knowledge (name, soil requirements and pruning needs) of trees, shrubs and herbaceous plants.
Landscape experience (soft and hard).
First Aid certificate.
Mini digger license.
Good organizational and communication skills.
Time management skills.
Supervisory training and experience
Good degree of literacy and numeracy.
Ability to motivate team members.
Clean driving license
