Our client based just outside Aylesbury are looking for someone to assist the sales team in a sales support position, You need to be professional and friendly on the phones happy to work to call targets, you will be following up on previous customer enquiries, call lapsed clients & follow-up on quotes sent out.
What is in the role for you? Salary paying between£20-25K depending on experience, 22 days holiday + bank holidays, and a generous 4%/4% Employer/Employee Contribution Pension Scheme. Hours are 8.00-5.30 Monday – Friday.
Key responsibilities: Making outbound telephone sales calls to new and existing customers. Effective management of follow activity with live customer quotes. Securing quality customer Appointments for the external sales team. Collating and passing leads to sales team.
Contact lapsed accounts to gain current trading information. Recording all activity on the company CRM database
Experience, Knowledge & Skills: Prior Telemarketing/Sales experience and advantage.
