MCA Recruitment are seeking an experienced leader to manage and lead as a home Manager for a reputable and large and reputable Charity.
Seeking an experienced and successful Home Manager that has worked within a residential and nursing home setting. Our managers need to have strong decision-making skills, knowledge of budget management and current care legislation.
The home is a large community and is in an idyllic location with fantastic facilities available to both staff and Service users.
The ideal candidate
* A minimum of 5 years’ experience of working as registered manager within a nursing home
* Proven experience of managing large teams of internal staff
* Has worked in large home
* Proven experience of managing commercial budgets, driving occupancy and fee management
* Strong ability to build relationships internally with staff and residents and their families
* Experience of working successfully with stakeholders and CQC
* A nursing background is desirable but not essential
* Holds a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
