The Company: An Award Winning, independant and established construction company on the south coast have a role for a Senior Site Manager / PM reporting to the Construction Director.
The first project is a unique £6M new build residential development scheme with heavy infrastructure works in Taplow.
The company are a well established, innovative, dynamic and passionate about everthing that they do, having been extremely successful since their inception.
They are looking for someone who would like to be part of their continued success.
To apply for this role:
* You will ideally will have some experiene working for a main contractor background. However, candidates that have only worked for developers/house builders will still be seriously considered if you can demonstrate excellent project anagement capabilities.
* Be capable of running a £6M project
* Live within Surrey or Hampshire, to be in a good location for access for future work
