Full Time General Office and Transport Administrator
Hours: 37.5 hours per week Monday-Friday 9.00am – 5.00pm
52 weeks per year
The General Office and Transport Administrator will support the General Office Manager to provide a diverse range of administrative support and reprographic services across the School. In addition to this the successful applicant will also support the Transport Manager with transport administration and arranging Exeat, End of Term and the Return transport for Stowe pupils.
This position requires excellent IT skills, versatility and a good eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities include but are not limited to:
* Assisting the General Office Manager to provide clerical and reprographic support across the School
* To work as part of a team to support the General Office, Reception and Post room functions to ensure a full and professional service is provided across the school
* To organise the Exeat and End of Term transport for pupils, and to assist the Transport Manager with all aspects of transport administration
Salary: £21,000 – £22,000
