Allstaff Recruitment are currently seeking a Private Client Solicitor/ Legal Executive based in Stony Stratford for a well-respected & highly regarded multi-service law firm.

Salary: £38,000 – £40,000 per annum
Location: Stony Stratford
Type of Contract: Permanent, Full-time.
Hours: Monday – Friday 9:00 – 5:30pm.
The role…
As the Private Client Solicitor/ Legal Executive your role will involve the following important duties:
* Make contacts with clients a high priority and to convey a high degree of courtesy and responsiveness to their needs.
* Running a varied Private Client Caseload to include, Wills, Probates, Trusts, Equity Release and Lasting Powers of Attorney.
* Provide accurate up-to-date legal advice to clients, that takes account of the commercial pressures of clients.
* Meet chargeable hours and billing targets, and participate in the marketing of the firm to generate new business.
* Deal quickly with correspondence and maintain regular and frequent contact with clients on a current basis.
The experience required…
As a successful Private Client Solicitor/ Legal Executive you will have the following:
* Minimum 3 years PQE of managing your own caseload.
* Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive.
* Experience in private practice.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Knowledge and experience of IT Skills especially "Case Management".
