Administrator – 40 hours per week – Permanent – £23,000 per annum
Fabulous opportunity to join this growing company. Working in a supportive team environment although you’ll also have the autonomy to work on your own when needed (after training). You should enjoy planning your own day and be able to prioritise your own workload whilst following company processes.
This role requires a good all-rounder as the role combines Admin/PA and Accounts. You’ll be supporting the MD in diary management, managing incoming and outgoing emails, dealing with the post and calls. In addition to raising purchase orders and maintaining accurate records, sending out statements of account to clients.
To be considered:
Previous administrative/accounts experience within a customer focussed environment
Clear communication skills (both verbally and written)
IT literacy – MS Office (you’ll be using a-number-of bespoke and in-house packages, so you should be confident in learning new computer skills)
GCSE or equivalent in Maths & English (Grade C or above)
