Care Support Worker
Centurion Care is expanding and is recruiting for Care Support Workers to join our professional and friendly team at our two picturesque, neighbouring services in Stokenchurch.
Your role will be to provide direct, effective and caring support to young adults with Autism and other complex learning disability and mental health diagnoses.

As a Care Support Worker with Centurion, some of your key responsibilities will be:
* Assisting residents with their personal care
* Encouraging engagement in activities through the day
* Assisting residents with meals
* Provide person-centred stimulation recognising individual’s strengths and motivations
* Accompanying residents to external appointments and activities
* Supporting with medication
Minimum requirements for Care Support Worker
* Compassionate towards the needs of the Residents
* Patient and understanding
* Friendly and professional
* Confident to apply their initiative and skills
* Works well in a team and can use instinct when working 1:1
* Able to contribute to written care plan as required
* Full driving licence preferable (but not essential)
