Client Details
Our client is a well known medical charity based in Stokenchurch. This organisation employs roughly 200 staff on a variety of different types of contracts and are currently experiencing a higher than usual volume of vacancies due to expansion. You will be working alongside a team of 2 in HR who are very motivated and passionate about what they do. Ideally you'll be in the office twice a week but there is some flexibility on this.
Description
The HR and Resourcing Coordinator will be responsible for:
Resourcing for all new vacancies within the charity
Headhunting using Linked-in
Reviewing CVs across multiple job boards
Arranging interviews with line managers and ensuring that candidate engagement remains high during the hiring process
On-boarding of new starters, including performing necessary background checks
Management of the HR System
Coordinate training course administration
Providing administrative HR support to employees and line managers, including processing maternity/ paternity/ sickness and holiday requests
Creating reports on excel from data pulled from the HR systemProfile
The ideal HR and Resourcing Coordinator will have the following skills/ qualities:
A background in recruitment or human resources
A desire to work in an HR department
A dynamic approach
Great attention to detail
Ability to self-manage daily tasks & workload
