Are you an experienced Warehouse Team Leader? Can you lead and motivate a team? Are you able to build strong business relationships? Yes, then we would like to hear from you.

Our client is looking for an experienced Team Leader to cover a 12 month maternity contract. The position of Team Leader will be to manage and lead a small team of Warehouse Operatives. You will be required to confidently communicate company goals, safety practices, and deadlines to the team.

The ability to motivate and assess team performance is essential along with being able to provide help to management, including hiring and training.

Key skills/experience required:

Proven leadership skills
Good knowledge of a warehouse management system
Good computer literacy skills
