As a member of the Fundraising Team, the Individual Giving Acquisition Manager will be responsible for recruiting all new supporters for TVAA using all the acquisition channels at their disposal to grow our supporter base. They will do so by implementing audience focused fundraising campaigns that deliver long-term sustainable income. They will use evidence-based insights to drive fundraising decisions that increase our overall effectiveness and maximise Lifetime Value across all our Supporter Audiences.
We have achieved significant growth over the last five years, largely through individual giving, legacies, major gifts, and some in memoriam giving. We are keen to make a step change in our voluntary income, this is an exciting time of growth and opportunity at TVAA and we are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring that we have sufficient resources to provide our vital service now and into the future.

Location: Stokenchurch House – High Wycombe, Bucks (We would consider candidates working partly remotely on a permanent basis)
Contract Type: Permanent
Hours: Full Time, 37.5 per week
Salary: £38,000 to £40,000 per annum, plus competitive benefits
