Operations Lead Administrator
Location: Stokenchurch, Buckinghamshire (Flexible working possible)
Salary: Competitive, DOE

Due to an increase in business, we have an exciting opportunity for an Operations Lead Administrator to join our team.
Working in a busy department, you will support the Operations Administration Manager in overseeing all tasks within the department and being a main point of escalations internally and externally.
This is a varied, fast paced role with the opportunity to take on more responsibility and support the Operations Lead Administrator with people management.
Key Duties:
* Ensure you are the point of escalation for team members and external contacts
* Support the Operations Administration Manager and Operations Directors with administrative tasks
* Handle the Operations Administration Managers tasks when they are absent
* Ensure Inspector resource is being deployed correctly
* Professionally and effectively provide training and support to new starters
* Show initiative to understand the business needs
* To work towards becoming responsible for specific agents within the team
* Answer all queries and cover all tasks across the team when necessary
* Ensure all shared inboxes are managed and within SLA
* Responsible for managing the telephony system, ensuring sufficient cover at all times
