Are you able to produce high quality and accurate minutes for a variety of meetings, as well as timetabling for these and drafting agendas, together with following up on action items?
We are looking for an exceptional individual to join us as an Operations Administrative Officer. This role is an exciting opportunity to work across the operations team, supporting the Chief Operations Officers PA and Operations Leadership Team. Given the wide variety of support required the individual will need to be willing to adapt and respond to the needs of the department and Thames Valley Air Ambulance.
Operations Administrative Officer Requirements:
The successful candidate will work closely with our Chief Operations Officers PA to provide secretarial and project support and administrative support to the Assistant Director of Clinical Services and Assistant Director of Operational Delivery.
The ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality is essential.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an administrator to build experience working in charity within a medical context.

Hours: Part Time, 24-30 hours per week
Salary: £20,000 – £24,000 per annum FTE
