Purchasing Manager required must have previous experience from working in the hospitality / hotel industry and have a great network of supplier contracts!
Duties include and not limited to:
Liaising with dept heads to determine their product and service needs
Performing all purchasing activities including pre-qualification, negotiating supplier agreements, preparation of contracts and tender management
Continuously comparing and negotiating with all suppliers in order to get the best possible prices.
Communicating with the CFO and FC in order to gain approval for purchasing contracts with new vendors or new supplies.
Maintaining a network of professional contacts in order to discover new opportunities for good deals and orders.
Identifying areas for improvement
Ensuring all suppliers and vendors are paid according to our company guidelines.
Developing strong relationships with stakeholders and strategic supply partners to improve business
Creating departmental policies and procedures and update them regularly.
Maintaining excellent communication with all relevant managers and departments.

Exceptional talent in negotiating and networking
Hospitality background
Excellent IT skills MS Office applications
Solid knowledge of supplier or third-party management software
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to foster strong supplier relationships
Excellent organisational and prioritising skills
Current driving license
Ability to work under time pressureQualifications:
Degree in Purchasing management (Masters Highly Desired)
Working knowledge of the industry and market conditions
