Our client, a family run company based in Stoke Poges, is recruiting for a marketing professional to join a small dynamic team and manage the marketing function. Marketing, brand development and lead generation have always been outsourced, so this is a brand new role where they are wanting to bring the function in house.
They can work around you and envisage this role will be around 2 – 3 days per week or the equivalent amount of hours spread across the week (around 15 – 21).
If full time the role would be paying around £28k – £30k so for part time hours the salary will be pro rata'd.
This is a hands-on role, working closely with the Director and taking ownership of the marketing function for the business. We need someone who is creative, able to use their own initiative, results focused and passionate about what they do.
Duties include
* Discuss, agree, research and implement campaigns
* Full cradle to grave delivery of campaigns
* Drive brand strategy
* Reaching out to key clients, individuals of interest, industry influencers
* Creating content and copy writing, delivery and monitoring
* Regular industry research and reviews of industry news to ensure content is current, intelligent and informative
* Heavy focus on social media, in particular Linkedin
* Improvement of our brand and positioning within the industry
* Constant aim to deliver ROI and lead generation
* Using software analytics within Hubspot and paid for advertising campaigns on Linkedin
Skills/Experience
* Proven brand marketing, social media, PR background (essential)
* Social media experience – Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter, Youtube
* Experience with analytics (Google Anlytics, Hub Spot and paid for advertising) as well as implementing and managing these campaign or managing third parties who may run it.
* A team player and relationship builder
* Confidence in communicating with the team around them, clients and C-Level individuals
* Self motivated
