Our client, a family run company based in Stoke Poges, is recruiting for a sales and marketing executive to join a small dynamic team.
The focus of this role is to increase our client's brand awareness, elevate their position within the industry, and to build and nurture a healthy new business pipeline in both existing and new sectors.
Where they have previously outsourced marketing responsibilities, they are now looking to bring this in-house. The role is initially on a permanent, part time basis of 2-3 full days or the equivalent per week.
The successful individual will have a hands-on role in creating and activating all marketing campaigns, and play a key role in supporting the Directors to nurture new leads and drive client retention.
Duties
Work with the Directors to create a marketing plan that aligns with our overall brand strategy
Be hands on with the day-to-day delivery of marketing campaigns – tasks include:
Copywriting and building / issuing newsletters
Creating a social media schedule and distribution (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter)
Website updates with new content (including writing short form blogs and news articles)
Managing our sales database
Liaising with clients as part of our overall focus on Customer Success as well as new business prospects when required
Campaign measurement and reporting (with the ability to understand different analytics tools e.g. Google Analytics and Hubspot)
Skills/Experience
The person will demonstrate both a passion for driving revenue growth and undertake regular research and reviews of sector news to ensure our campaigns align and resonate with our target markets.
As part of a tight knit, growing team this is a hands-on role, working closely with the Directors on the marketing for the business.
The person will be creative, apply their own initiative, but also fit into a team environment. They must be confident yet personable in communicating with the team around them, clients and C-Level individuals.
