On behalf of our client, I am looking for 2 Contract IT Solutions Experts to provide 2nd Level support to a financial services business. You will be part of a team that is responsible for the maintenance of a financial services software system, handling incidents as well as change requests from the business, coordination of the implementation and rollout of changes as well as general service management.
Experience of working in the financial services sector is an advantage, primarily you will be working on change management requests interacting with the end client.
As an IT Solution Expert, you will:
* Provide proactive maintenance and support together with the support/systems team, handle incidents and service requests in collaboration with our 1st level support team and the vendor as well as perform application monitoring and reporting.
* Coordinate, manage and support end-to-end business analysis and system configuration, support estimations, training, testing, documentation and go-live.
* Work closely together with IT architects, vendors, service integrators, business and delivery & release management as well as interfacing systems teams where necessary.
* Ensure any changes are performed in accordance with our change management procedures and audit standards.
* Ensure the system stays compliant in accordance with internal and external standards.
* Understand the business functionality and data model including system impacts and risks.
* Perform IT Tests upon new releases / fixes / enhancements.
I am looking for Team Players, customer centric oriented, self-driven and self-motivated individuals. You will need 3+ years of experience in a comparable position and to have an analytical mindset.
