You’ll be joining a fast paced and fast moving business with some really exciting growth plans, they really are moving in a positive direction and looking to add to their already skilled team of engineers. You’ll be working on some brand new projects and be tasked with working on new product designs within the motorsport/automotive sector. The opportunity for progression into a senior role is certainly on offer in this position.

Think genuinely new technology, R&D projects and prototype cars, you’ll be working in a modern facility at the heart of British motorsport at Silverstone circuit with some extremely intelligent engineers. This is a permanent position and comes with a healthy benefits package including 6% pension, healthcare, life assurance and with an option of hybrid working.

If you’re already an experience design engineer, you’ll more than likely know what it takes from concept design through prototype, into validation and production.

You’ll work within a team on each of their projects but you can expect them to consist of anything from battery/electrification systems, power gen and powertrain integration. Their CAD package they use is Catia but they’re not fixed to this with the right mechanical design experience.
