I am interested in speaking with Finishing Managers with demonstrated experience in delivering High End Residential projects.

As Finishing Manager you will be responsible for the finishing's on a five bed high end residential new build for a private client, Ensuring all aspects of the project is finished to an extremely high standard.

Your main responsibilities will be:

* Supervision of all sub-contract trade & labour

* Co-ordinate the activities of all the trades and disciplines involved on-site so that all operations are performed efficiently and in accordance with the construction programme

* Checking build quality

* Producing snagging lists

* Supervision of Health & Safety on site

To be considered for this Finishing Manager role, you must have valid SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certificates.
