MCA Recruitment are seeking an experienced, confident and inspirational leader to manage and lead a fantastic team for a well known charity.

The charity support their managers through their leadership Academy to equip them with the very best skills and experience. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Home Manager to join our Trust and drive it forward to further success.

The Home provides specialist residential care for older people including those living with dementia, in a comfortable and welcoming environment.

Our ideal candidate

* A minimum of 5 years’ experience of working as registered manager within a nursing home.

* Proven experience of managing teams of internal staff.

* Proven experience of managing commercial budgets, driving occupancy and fee management.

* Strong ability to build relationships internally with staff and residents and their families.

* Experience of working successfully with stakeholders and CQC.

* A nursing background is desirable but not essential.

* Holds a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
