The Role

We are looking for a Healthcare Assistant to join the team at our client homes based in Princes Risborough, Buckinghamshire HP27. As the Healthcare Assistant you provide support to the clinical teams, nursing staff, consultants and etc by performing tasks that facilitate the smooth running of our services as well as positively and proactively contributing to building strong and enduring relations with all stakeholders including consultants, patients, clinical and non-clinical colleagues. As a Care Assistant duties will vary dependent on each client’s individual care plan. These may include personal care, assistance with moving and handling, support with community outings and medication administration.
