We are a proactive company and have a great team environment. Our head office in Princes Risborough is a purpose-built facility which includes distribution, our in-house engineering and manufacturing plant. We have two further branches in Chessington and Warrington.
The Role – Digital Marketing Manager
We are looking for someone who has experience in significant business growth using inbound and outbound marketing techniques. You will also be on a constant hunt to optimise landing pages and user journeys to ensure that our sales funnel is enhanced, delivering web orders on our busy ecommerce site.
You will develop, implement, monitor and optimise our B2B digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels.
You will also oversee the group’s websites and social channels, providing support to the different strategic areas.
The role is based at our head office in Princes Risborough.
Requirements
* You will have at least 4 years’ experience in marketing, paid and SEO campaigns.
* B2B and B2C experience of a large ecommerce business.
* Experience in managing a CMS website such as Drupal and WordPress.
* Agency management to brief website requirements and digital projects and manage these successfully through to completion.
* You will be able to use data and analytics to improve the marketing performance.
* Preferably you have worked within electrical distribution industry –you will have knowledge of enclosures, control gear, etc and understand the relationships needed to drive sales to the different target audiences within this industry.
* Management experience to lead and organise the wider marketing team.
* Create and implement innovative and ambitious growth marketing strategies and influence at a senior level within the business.
* Good knowledge of the latest digital trends and emerging technologies.
* Knowledge of digital communications best practice and laws.
* Broad knowledge of social platforms and associated third party applications for posting and reporting.
