Operations manager – Fitness industry software

Princes Risborough

£25K – £30K (Monday- Friday)

Are you a General Manager/Cluster Manager or an Operations manager in the Fitness industry? Are you looking for a new role out of club operations? Well, if the answer to the above is YES, this might be the dream role for you!

I am recruiting for a leading fitness software company that supports the industry across the UK, Australia, North America and South Africa. They were founded in early 2000s with a clear mission to create a simple to create a simple, all-in-one club management solution that sets fitness clubs up for success.

Due to their rapid growth over the past 12 months, they are looking to expand their customer success team are a looking for a team leader/operations manager to join their team in Princes Risborough. This is a really exciting fitness job, one with rapid growth opportunities.

The role is very varied and will involve you supporting the various customers (gym owners and operators) in ensuring that they are utilising the software in an optimum manner. This will help them to provide improved service to their members and generate additional revenue. The role will also involve troubleshooting and conducting virtual training.

To be considered for this role, firstly, you need to be very comfortable with technology and be passionate about providing exceptional customer service to your customers. Experience of working in the fitness industry is crucial as my client is keen to speak to candidates who understand the basic operations of a health club/gym. I am keen to speak to candidates who are working in the fitness industry as a: General Manager, Club manager, operations manager, Deputy Manager, Cluster Manager or Regional manager.
