Princes Risborough – Humanities/History Teacher – April 2022 start 

Full-time Humanities Teacher, permanent contract

This School is an OFSTED “outstanding” Secondary School for mostly looked after students with social, emotional, and behavioural difficulties, based in a Princes Risborough

The school started thirteen years ago as the Evolution School and has recently moved to a new location to allow for expansion. We are looking for a brilliant qualified teacher to take the Humanities forward and offer students a really outstanding curriculum, which really gives them the skills and knowledge to engage with our complex world. The ability to offer additional subjects or complete pastoral work would be of benefit.

You must have experience working with vulnerable and challenging young people, as well as the ability to think strategically whilst employing good organisational and time management skills. A sense of humour and a willingness to become absorbed into the breadth of school life is important. 

The post holder has the responsibility to adhere to our Safeguarding and Child Protection Procedure.
