Role – VEHICLE TECHNICIAN c£33K + Monthly Bonus

Our client is a leader in their field and now have an exciting opportunity for a vehicle technician to join their team. You will be working closely with the rest of their team to ensure all jobs are carried out to a high standard, efficiently and correctly. This role is workshop based. You will have knowledge and understanding of most aspects of vehicle repair work, be good at problem solving, all with a can-do attitude.

Skills and Experience

* You must be a qualified Vehicle Technician with a formal qualification in Automotive City & Guilds/NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent qualification).

* Ideally, you will have a minimum of 4 years experience as a level 3.

* Good time keeping

* Carry out work to a high standard

* Organised

* Team work

* Sense of humour is a bonus!

* You will have the ability to work within given timescales and the ability to tackle all aspects of vehicle repairs and servicing.

* Diagnostic skills and experience in problem-solving are essential.

* Able to complete work to a high standard and be able to offer guidance and help to junior level technicians at times.

* Training on systems and procedures will be given to help you settle into your role.

* You must have a full driving license and own your own tools. Vehicle specific tools will be provided.

* For the right candidate, branching off into specific areas of training could be available and we are willing to discuss this further.
