Automotive Fleet Sales Administrator – Office-based, Princes Risborough, Buckinghamshire
Full-time, Monday to Friday 09:00 – 17:30
Salary: £21,000 basic + car + pension / OTE £30k +
Local Car & Van Rental Ltd (LCVR) is a privately owned vehicle leasing company supplying cars and vans to independent rental businesses. Established in 2006, it is the largest independent company in its sector.
In this role you will work with both our internal and field sales teams, providing administrative sales support. There is a degree of customer contact with an established customer base but no canvassing / cold calling required.
Main duties and responsibilities
· Converting customer enquiries into orders
· Producing & sending order forms to customers
· Progressing orders & arranging / following up on deliveries
· Stock control, including loading new vehicle stock onto our VMS
· Liaising with the field sales team to maximise opportunities
· Building relationships with both customers and supplying dealers
The successful candidate will possess
· Excellent attention to detail
· Great customer service skills
· Good organisational skills
· IT literacy, in particular Microsoft Office
· Experience in a sales role is desirable (motor trade not essential)
