Automotive Fleet Administrator – Office-based, Princes Risborough, Buckinghamshire
Full-time, Monday to Friday 09:00 – 17:30 (37.5 hours per week)
Salary: Up to £25,000 depending on experience.
Local Car & Van Rental Ltd (LCVR) is a privately owned vehicle leasing company supplying cars and vans to independent rental businesses. Established in 2006, it is the largest independent company in its sector.
In this role you will work with both our internal and field sales teams (alongside our current Fleet Admin Team), providing administrative support. There is a degree of customer contact with an established customer base but no canvassing / cold calling required.
Fleet Administrator Main duties and responsibilities
* Dealing with customer enquiries.
* Building relationships with both customers and supplying dealers.
* Liaising with customer base on making vehicles available for collection.
* Organising vehicle transport with our logistics department.
* Invoicing of used vehicles.
The successful candidate will possess
* Excellent attention to detail
* Great customer service skills
* Good organisational skills
* IT literacy, in particular Microsoft Office
* Experience in an admin systems role is desirable (motor trade not essential)
