Maintenance Manager
Padbury, Buckinghamshire
£40000-£50000
Day Shift
You will be responsible for a team of multiskilled engineers in a busy and demanding manufacturing environment comprising of state of the art machinery including Injection Moulding Machines, Robot Arms, Ultrasonic Welders and much more. In addition to maintenance tasks, you will be responsible for allocating jobs, prioritising work, supporting the engineers with equipment and training as required.
You will be required to
* Provide technical management of Maintenance, Tooling and Manufacturing
* Planning and scheduling maintenance activities
* Responsible for critical spares, identifying suitable vendors, negotiation, raising invoices and purchase orders
* Manage maintenance database, generate reports and SLA’s for contractors and service providers.
We are looking for individuals who have enjoy problem solving and supporting team members on a daily basis ensuring your department has everything it needs to work safely and efficiently.
You will have an extensive background in Manufacturing, ideally with a breadth of experience on complex automation and robotics. The company will be introducing SAP, TPM and IOT practices, so any experience here would be advantageous
