Human Resources Advisor
We are looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join our clients' global HR Team. The main purpose of this role is to support the management team with all employment issues, policies and procedures as well as getting involved in various projects throughout the business.
Main Responsibilities:
* Effectively contribute to the delivery of key HR projects.
* Manage entire recruitment process, including managing suppliers, managing applicants, and attending interviews.
* Update key policies and procedures in-line with new legislation as necessary.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of all standard HR Practices and Processes.
* Organise ad-hoc training and contribute to learning & development initiatives.
* Ensure all changes to personnel are followed up diligently, making sure payroll are notified, accurate documentation is produced, and files are up to date.
* Responsible for producing ad-hoc reports when requested.
* Proactively support the change management programs within allocated Business Units to support the delivery of the wider Company strategy, including organisational change and restructuring
* Liaise with Line Managers and gain buy in to all HR initiatives.
* Contribute on projects to effectively improve the benefit offering to the Group
* Managing learning and development needs for employees as part of the Performance Management process.
* Manage internal staff communications within the HR Department
* Comply with ongoing GDPR requirements and support managers and employees to do the same
Essential skills:
* Experience in working in a HR generalist role or recently qualified with a degree or HR related qualification.
* The ability to work under pressure, to deadlines with a strong determination to solve problems and resolve queries
* Experience of using Microsoft office packages with good computer skill
* Confident and resilient with the ability to deal with conflict and difficult people
